What to send
- Corrections. If a factual claim is wrong, send the primary source that shows it. We will review it and update with a dated correction if warranted.
- Tips. A primary source (SEC filing, earnings transcript, audit report, regulatory document) that shows a gap between commitment and outcome. We verify independently before publishing.
- Methodology questions. If something in our framework isn't clear, or you think we missed a relevant source on a story, tell us.
What not to send
- Legal threats. They go to counsel. If you believe a factual claim is incorrect, send the contradicting primary source instead.
- Press releases or sponsored content requests. We don't publish them.
- Guest post pitches without a completed draft attached. Send the draft.
